This summer we’re putting a modern spin on “This Little Light of Mine. Whether you’re a classic candle or a spontaneous firework, you have the ability to be a light in the world. Through meaningful conversations and activities campers will explore the following concepts:
IT STARTS WITH A SPARK
Each week begins with sparks of potential. New friendships are formed, new ideas are discovered, and new activities explored. Together we’ll light up the week by discovering the talents and abilities that make us unique.
GIVE ME OIL IN MY LAMP
It’s not always easy to shine. How to we stay motivated and believe in ourselves when times get tough? Camp reminds us of all the reasons we have to stay positive.
SHINING TOGETHER
We are called to see the light in each other. Nobody is perfect but everyone has potential! How to we help others recognize wonderful things about themselves? How can we encourage each other to shine our brightest?
DARKNESS IS AS LIGHT
At camp we make time for reflection and solace. We will recognize the helpful and wonderful qualities of darkness and the importance of self-reflection.
