Each summer, our team comes together from near and far to create a safe, joyful and inclusive environment where campers can be themselves, try new things, and build lifelong memories. From counselors and program leaders to kitchen, maintenance, and support staff, every person plays a vital role in making camp feel like home.
Our staff are chosen for their kindness, creativity, leadership, and commitment to creating a space where everyone belongs. They are role models, mentors and cheerleaders- always ready with a listening ear, a helping hand, and a whole lot of fun!

Team Positions:
Our summer program runs Sunday to Friday for 7 weeks of the summer. Staff are expected to be on site Sunday afternoon until Friday evening. All staff must attend 4 days of staff training. All staff positions are paid.
Summer Director

Our Camp Director provides vision, leadership, and day-to-day management of summer camp programs. You will oversee staff, programs, and camper experience while ensuring camp remains a place where magic, joy, and safety come first.

The Assistant Director works closely with the Summer Director to support daily operations, staff leadership, and camper experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a busy, joyful camp environment and enjoys mentoring others.
This position involves taking a lead role in administration as well as social media.

Senior Counselors are experienced leaders who support campers while also mentoring and guiding junior counselors. You’ll help model positive leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork while staying hands-on with camp life.

The Head Cook is responsible for planning, preparing, and overseeing nutritious meals for campers and staff while leading the day-to-day operations of the camp kitchen. This role combines culinary leadership with teamwork, creativity, and care.
