ABOUT US
For over 100 years, Kasota East Camp has been a place where children, families, and
communities come together to experience the magic of summer on our 42 acres of forest, trails
and lakefront on beautiful Sylvan Lake. As both a vibrant children’s summer camp and a
welcoming retreat centre, we offer a space where people of all ages can disconnect from the
rush of everyday life and reconnect with nature, community and themselves.
Rooted in a century-long tradition of outdoor adventure, creativity, faith and belonging, Kasota
East Camp is proudly inclusive – a place where everyone is valued, accepted, and encouraged
to be their authentic selves. Our enriching summer programs invite children to explore, play,
grow and build lifelong friendships in a setting that inspires wonder and joy.
From sunlight forests to sparkling lakefront views, every moment at Kasota East Camp is
designed to spark connections and create memories that last a lifetime. Whether you’re joining
us for a summer session or a group retreat, you’ll find a supportive, caring environment where
magic happens, laughter echoes and community thrives.
Kasota East Camp – 100 years of adventure, belonging, faith exploration and the simple joy of
being together in nature.
Kasota East Camp acknowledges that we gather, learn, and play on the traditional and
ancestral territories of the people of Treaty 6, including the Cree, Saulteaux, Dene, Nakota
Sioux, and Metis peoples. We recognize the long-standing relationships that Indigenous Nations
have with this land, and we honor their histories, languages and cultures.
